The client had an outdoor entertainment area at St Ives where guests were frequently exposed to cold during the evening and cooler weather. Existing heating solutions were either too small, insufficient in output, or impractical for the space. This led to discomfort for visitors and underuse of the outdoor area during chilly periods.
Solution
We supplied and installed a 2 metre outdoor gas heater designed to deliver strong, consistent heat coverage. The heater was placed in a central, elevated position so that warmth radiated effectively across seating zones. Installation was completed outside peak business hours to avoid disruptions. All local safety standards for outdoor gas installations were followed to ensure safe, reliable operation.
