Problem  

Bella Vista Hotel Club needed to enhance the comfort of its outdoor seating and event area during peak summer. High temperatures and a lack of airflow discouraged patrons from using the space, impacting the club’s ability to host events and maximize its capacity during busy periods.

Challenge  

The outdoor venue featured multiple zones, including a dining area, bar section, and lounge. Cooling these areas required a solution that was powerful yet portable, energy-efficient, and capable of maintaining the venue’s upscale ambiance. The units also needed to be discreet and operationally quiet to avoid disrupting the guest experience.

Solution  

We provided 3 high-performance portable evaporative coolers, each delivering 2500L/s of cooling airflow. The units were strategically positioned to create consistent temperature reductions across all outdoor zones, lowering the ambient temperature by up to 8°C.

To seamlessly integrate with the venue’s elegant aesthetic, the coolers were placed behind decorative panels, ensuring they remained unobtrusive while delivering maximum performance. The system enabled Bella Vista Hotel Club to provide a comfortable environment for guests, boosting patron satisfaction and increasing outdoor area utilization during summer events.

40th Birthday Party – Evaporative Coolers

Problem  

The client wanted to host an outdoor 40th birthday party in Sydney during the peak of summer. However, the intense heat and lack of natural shade made it difficult to create a comfortable environment for guests to enjoy the celebration.

Challenge  

The venue was a large backyard with limited access to permanent cooling systems. The client needed an affordable, temporary solution to cool the party area effectively, without excessive energy consumption. Additionally, the cooling units had to be safe around children and easily blend with the party’s aesthetic.

Solution  

We supplied 2 units of portable 2500L/s Evaporative Coolers, strategically placed around the venue to ensure even cooling across the entire space. The evaporative coolers provided a refreshing breeze, reducing the temperature by up to 10°C.
This allowed the guests to comfortably enjoy the festivities, including dining, dancing, and speeches, despite the scorching summer heat.

Alien Covenant Movie Fox Studios Downunder

When a Hollywood blockbuster movie comes to Sydney to film the next Alien series, sequel to the series then we were contacted by costume and special effects department. To help with cooling of the productions sets and control the humidity inside their costumes. Fingers crossed that it will be good movie as the previous series 😉

Filming during hot temperatures is difficult enough, however the use of heavy, hot costumes create new challenges.

The client needed a product which was able to assist the air conditioning system of event and conference rooms as well as has an aesthetically pleasing feature to fit perfectly for this environment. 

Solution 

Using two very different types of units from our range which are 5kW Portable Air Conditioner and  5kW Commercial Portable Air Conditioner; we managed to provide the necessary assistance for their air conditioning. Additionally, the product complied the requirement to be aesthetically pleasing and perfect for events and conferences.

The Problem

Extreme heatwave hits Sydney and coincides with the graduation day for students from Caringbah Selective High School.

The Challenge

Providing immediate cooling to a large school hall that’s both economical and effective.

Provide an adequate cooling atmosphere for the participants of the conservatorium. It conservatorium was created in a dome shaped marquee to observe projections of constellations as well as movies related to underwater attractions and flying above the rainforests.

The Problem 

GrundFos Pumps in Newington needed to adequate a warehouse as a temporary office for their staff. However, it was too hot and the air was not fresh enough to work comfortably. 

The Challenge 

Provide a cooling system which is capable to lower the temperature and increase the humidity of the air of the warehouse.   

The Solution

Three units of 500L/s Evaporative Cooler delivered the required airflow circulation and fresh humidified air to provide the cooling effect.  

Larger evaporative coolers or cooling fans are also effective in such as warehouse spaces to cool larger areas.
